Yep, it’s more oldies but oldies from 4CR’s Guilded Age of Crankiness! This one’s really nice and dated: once again it involves the nostalgia craze of a few years (months…?) back, and Gerding’s making me post it mostly for search engine hits, but hey, hopefully one or two people will get a kick out of…I don’t know, something or other.

Anyway, the best part about this column was some guy wrote me an email yelling about how I was totally wrong, and that I was insulting Transformers and Transformer fans, and that I had a “homosexual fixation.” I wrote him back asking if he wanted to sit on my lap, but I never got a reply. Such is life.
