And the Comic-Con pics keep rolling here at 4CR. One of the things I don’t want to do is overload the dial-up users we have visiting the site, but man, there’s still a ton of pics left on my hard drive that are in desperate need of some internet attention. The next 5 or 6 are exactly that – these are some (admittedly grainy) shots of upcoming Justice League Unlimited action figures. Next summer, I finally upgrade the digital camera to one that can accept a polarizing lens…

I think this is Red Star – am I right? Some of these DCU second stringers get confusing in my head sometimes. I have no idea who that blank robot looking dude might be.
EDIT: As pointed out in the comments thread, that’s pretty obviously Starman and I pretty obviously completely blanked out on it. Thanks to TJ for correcting me!

I like how this one comes with a second Atom fig that’s just the right size for a kid to play Fantastic Voyage with.

Well, I guess we can lay those rumors to rest – JLU WILL be featuring an Identity Crisis adaptation after all!

YES! I’ll probably buy the Green Arrow figure at the very least. I’ll absolutely buy it if it comes with either a boxing glove arrow or the classic handcuff arrow.

Does the Elongated Man figure come with Raped and Dead wife sidekick figure?
This is straight to Robbo, that was a messed up comment man! And she wasn’t even raped at the end of Issue 2 they said that Dr.Light didnt kill her. I think these figures are awesome and can’t wait for the show!
Hey…I love the Ralph and Sue characters. I’m just talking about what I read in the funny books. What do you mean she wasn’t raped? It seems pretty clear that she was. Are you saying you think she wasn’t killed?
Your “Red Star” looks to be the 70s Starman that popped up in Showcase and then had his story resolved in the 90s Starman series “Stars My Destination”.
No clue on the robot dude. Maybe some kind of Robotman figure…
The robot-dude looks to be the cartoon version of the Amazo robot.
I’m with TJ–looks like Starman to me too
TJ – good call on Starman! I knew he looked familiar, but I couldn’t get my head to reconfigure the old memories. I’ll fix that entry right away…
that starman is from Adventure Comics though, not Showcase.
My bad on the reference. Knew it was one of those old anthology books.
Amazo and Starman… but I’m way too late! Just adding to the noise. Wow Steve, busiest comments page to date!
NICE
Green Arrow, A.M.A.Z.O., and Doctor Fate look awesome! I saw a Prototype JLU Brainiac figure on one of the justice league websites. Is that a battle ravaged Flash that I see behind the Atom! Cool!
From what I read on another site that guy with the star is not Starman but a new firestrom. If they make a Starman I wish it would be Jack Knight.
Yea…The Robot Is Definitely A.M.A.Z.O. …I LOve That Episode They Show Last Saturday…Mainly Because Of Dr.Light2 And Fire…They’re So Hot!
-Is Embarassed That He Thinks Cartoons Are Hot-
These figures kick the original figures asses. They didn’t even have elbow or knee joints…Flash couldn’t “run” Superman couldn’t “punch” and…well, you get the idea. I can’t wait for Cap Atom and The Question!
I Agree!
AMAZO and STARMAN (in different costumes from their last comic book appearances in the non-animated related titles)
STARMAN is the so called REDSTAR but I was stumped myself for a while and I have been a STARMAN fan for DECADES!. I never saw this costume before .Wow. the 70’s starman huh?
ALSO!!!! the grey guy is AMAZO the super android (kind of like the Avenger’s Super Adaptoid) as he appeared in the original Bruce Timm’s “Justice League” series , episode “Tabula Rasa”. He kept the basic same appearance but was bright gold colored in the awesome JUSTICE LEAGUE UNLIMITED episode “The Return” but I don’t want to spoil that for anyone who hasn’t seen this fine episode, which was splendid and cinematic in its greatness!.
justice league unlimited was one of the few great programs on cartoon network most of the programs on cn are so stupid they are pathetic. the doomsday sanction was my favorite episode. doomsday is my favorite comic book super villian . he is virtually unstoppable. he is dcs answer to marvels incredible hulk, but alittle better. thank you
Starman is not called Red Star. Red Star’s name in russian was Starfire.
