Disney To Fans: “Fuck Off!”

God, how long has it been since Disney was last in the news for offending consumers with subliminal dirty messages or hidden scenes in their movies and other products? It seems like it was just a few years ago that the baboon from The Lion King was encouraging kids to “stuff bananas up your ass”, and now they’re at it again. A parent in the UK is reporting that the Monsters Inc. Gameboy game he bought his daughter for Christmas told them to “Fuck off and die.” Tch. That’s not very nice, Mr. Eisner.
A GIRL of seven found the words “F*** off and die” on her Disney computer game.
Beki Stewart pointed out the “naughty word” to dad Mark on the opening credits of Monsters, Inc - based on the hit kids’ film.
The phrase was included in the introductory text that runs as the computer game boots up.

UPDATE: The guys over at BoomTown do the research that The Sun didn’t. Apparently, dad bought himself a pirated copy of the game, and the official Disney release is perfectly clean and proper, thank you very much. I guess we can’t pin this one at Disney’s feet after all.
