HomeLAN Fed managed to get their hands on a preview of the upcoming Freedom Force sequel, and since Murray tells me that this is pretty much a comic book come to video game life, I figured you’d all be interested in their review. Not having played the original myself, I can’t comment on the fact that this one doesn’t seem to stray too much from it as far as gameplay and what all goes, but the reviewers don’t seem to care too much about it.

To be honest, the one level demo we got to play was not enough to really get a handle on what Freedom Force Vs. The Third Reich will really be like but considering that Irrational seems to be going for the ?If it aint broken, don?t fix it? philosophy for its single player game, then there is still reason to be encouraged that the final product will at least be as good as the first Freedom Force title.

They also mention new multiplayer modes, but I have no idea if that means they’re entering the online gaming arena or if it’s just gonna lead to more quality time with your spouse.
