It seems like everyblog and their brother has been going on and on to some degree about Marvel’s lawsuit against NCSoft and their City Of Heroes game, but now the print media is getting into the game as well. Comic book company Marvel is suiing City of Heroes developer NCSof, saying that the game’s created heroes infringe on Marvel’s own copyrighted band ot tights-wearers. Who is Captain Marvel? He’s the guy in a suit who sucks dollars out of wallets and shoots lawsuits out of his eyes.
