DO NOT PANIC!!!!! 4CR IS ALIVE AND WELL!!!

OK, so things are looking a liiiiittle bit different here right now. Don’t worry, though - we’re still 4-Color Review. We’re also Kung-Fu Rodeo, now. Same people posting, a few new faces, and a broader focus.
A few months ago, I was talking with Andrew Duncan - a few of you may remember him from his interviews and killer column, The Wealth - and I asked him why he wasn’t writing for 4CR anymore. His short answer: “It’s not as fun as it was.”
And he was right. Sure, I love comics, but when 4CR first started, there were a dozen or two comic sites, all of them being done out of love. Now, 9 years later, there are hundreds, possibly thousands of comic book related websites, and it’s no longer a hobby for most of them. It’s just not as fun as it used to be.
So, Andrew and I - along with a few other people - came up with the idea of broadening the theme of 4CR to include movies, toys, TV, art, etc. In short, let’s focus on the entire Pop-Culture spectrum. After several months of talking about it, Kungally conceived.
There will probably be some growing pains in the next few weeks, but eventually when you type in 4colorreview.com, you’ll be taken straight to the comic book section of the site and it’ll look more like the old 4CR we all know and love. Kungfurodeo.com will take you to the main page with everything on it - it’s all your choice which you decide to bookmark!
Comments are back on, so feel free to leave us feedback!
Big thanks to Rob Worley for helping me wrestle the old 4CR database into submission for the changeover to WordPress. He’ll be contributing when he’s not busy running the inimitable Comics2Film website.
