With the heat being generated with their upcoming new titles like Infinite Crisis, a Hal Jordan GL monthly title and the All-Star Batman and Robin, the Boy Wonder as well as the new Batman Begins movie, DC Comics has decided to change their logo that has been in existance for over 25 years.

When I first saw it, I hated it. It’s too flashy and doesn’t seem like it has a whole lot of classic look to it compared to their previous version. But knowing that I hate change for change’s sake, I decided to look over it again; but this time not as a jaded fanboy but as a person seeing it for the first time. And you know what, the logo kinda grew on me.

Take a look below and let us know what you think. (Note that DC used both Jim Lee’s Superman and Batman to frame the logo - good idea, me thinks.)
