In the lawsuit, Anne Hiltner claims “Psycho Nurse Wilkes” is a caricature based on her, and she accuses King of “invasion of privacy.”

Hiltner makes a similar claim about another Stephen King character from the TV mini-series “Stephen King’s Kingdom Hospital,” which aired last year on ABC. In the lawsuit, Hiltner claims a key character, “psychic Sally Druse,” was also based on her.
