Trailers for comic books are nothing new, with Marvel having done some decent ones years ago, various independent comics producing them to promote their titles and the fairly horrible trailer for the War of the Worlds graphic novel adaptation. However, none I’ve seen have been as impressive as this one for Frank Beddor’s The Looking Glass Wars comic adaptation.

Now, I hadn’t heard about this series of novels, though it’s right in my area of interest. After watching the trailer and seeing that Ben Templesmith is involved, I’m not only interested in the novels, but in the graphic novel adaptation as well. Once I get back from San DIego this weekend, I’ll be hunting down the novel and doing my best to get more info on the adaptation to share with you.
