And the Buffy alumni continue to pop up in genre shows with James Marsters was recently announced as having landed the part of Brainiac on the WB’s “Smallville.” The WB is still pretty much in love with him, apparently, as they also mention in the article that they’re open to the possibility of a Spike movie should Joss Whedon and Marsters be interested.
