When I was in college, a friend of mine who was a sculpture major used to create this furniture that was undeniably art, yet managed to be completely useful around the house as well. So, while the concept of form and function working together isn’t a new one, it’s something I really wasn’t expecting to ever come across in the world of vinyl figures – even though in retrospect it makes total sense. I look forward to having the chance to spend $500 on a set of home theater surround sound Gorillaz figures in the future.
