Nintendo Revolution: Vastly Underpowered?

IGN Revolution is starting to post first concrete details on what lies under the hood of the Big N’s upcoming system, code-named Revolution. The long-short of it is, the Revolution will be about 2 times more powerful than the Gamecube — or maybe not even that powerful at all. Disappointing, for sure, but Nintendo has been saying for a long time that they’re not interested in slugging it out with Sony and Microsoft; they want to create their own market with the Revolution. Expect a low price point ($149 most likely), free online gaming, and some pretty innovative games thanks to that controller. Just don’t expect the graphics to match those on the PS3 and Xbox 360.
