DIY Pinball Coffee Table

My wife has an old, basement-flood destroyed pinball machine still in storage in her parent’s basement. Despite the fact that it will never again know the joy of having a little metal ball careening through it’s insides, we’ve been avoiding trashing it because it’s just so damn cool. Thanks to the internet, this morning I’ve been inspired and I know what we’ll be doing with it’s lovely carcass - it will be reborn as a coffee table. The next step - getting it from Rhode Island to California.

That’s the coolest coffee table I’ve ever seen.

Hey, I made that table. I’m glad everyone is enjoying it, but I’m even more happy that you will be saving a pinball machine from the trash heap and bringing it into your living room. Made my day. Good luck!

I might just buy a cheapo pinball playfield on ebay and make one myself! Very cool!
