For many people, their memories of Sam & Max are of the short lived cartoon or the Lucasarts video games. Not me, though - I’m old school when it comes to the dog and evil bunny duo. When I was in high school, I dog-eared my S&M (heh!) comics to the point where I had to buy extra copies just to keep them readable. Well, after too long an abscence, Sam & Max are back with a new webcomic. The updates seem to happen somewhat at random, and there’s only four pages available as of this post, but Steve Purcell’s turning out the best art of his career, and I really like the low-level interactiveness of the strip. Here’s hoping that online, Sam & Max can finally get the huge audience they deserve.
