H-U-G-E in Japan, Brain Age will be released in America on April 17th for Nintendo DS. The latest in Nintendo’s “so weird but so cool” category, Brain Age is a series of games, including everything from simple math exercises to asking you to draw Africa to Sudoku, that makes use of the DS touch screen and microphone to test your brain. It assigns you a “brain age” based on your score, and the more you improve, the lower your brain age will go. Brain Age was also a big crossover hit in Japan, played by as many women as men, and Nintendo’s hoping it will be a Nintendogs-size system seller for the DS once it drops here. We’ll post a review of the game in a few weeks, but in the meantime, check out the screens below.
