Rockstar has officially announced the next game in the super-popular GTA series, Grand Theft Auto IV for the PS3 and Xbox 360. The game will launch simultaneously for both systems on October 16, 2007. However, Microsoft and Rockstar will be partnering to bring exclusive episodic content and upgrades to the Xbox 360 version of the game via Xbox Live.

Rockstar has also launched an official GTA4 site, which currently only has a teaser logo.
