I knew the stamps were coming out this ssummer, but I wasn’t aware that there was going to be an unveiling ceremony and panel about them at this week’s SDCC.

Thursday’s ceremonies will take place during Comic-Con International 2006 — the world’s largest comic book and pop culture show.

DC Comics President and Publisher Paul Levitz and some of the top comic book artists are scheduled to take part.

They also will participate in a panel discussion on the historical and cultural legacy of DC Comics superheroes.
