McFarlane’s LOST Figures

When describing McFarlane Toys’ upcoming LOST line, the term “action figures” is as big a nisnomer as “socially awkward” would be in describing Ted Bundy. The Shannon figure illustrates this more than any of them, what with the character simply being presented in a bikini, laying out on the sand. Still, they are some amazing looking figures with MTs making the smart choice of recreating memorable scenes from the show rather than simply randomly packaging the characters with accesssories. I’d love to see McFarlane continue to snatch up licenses for similar collections; Battlestar Galactica would make for a number of sweet dioramas along the lines of the hatch scene in this line, for example, and the uniforms would be incredibly sharp with MT’s eye for detail. Either way, keep an eye out for these guys in the near future.

I saw these at Toys R Us and it took every bit of my willpower to not buy them. I am a clutter catcher, and dont have room for anymore look-but-don’t-touch items.
Believe it or not, they are only $15 each, the big Diorama from the end of season 1 is like $30 I think. well worth the money, they look very realistic.
