Spidey 3 - VENOM!

OK, it’s not a screenshot, and it may not actually be the genuine deal, but it showed up in my email yesterday as a response to a comment lamenting the lack of Venom in the new Spider-Man trailer and seems legitimate enough. Maybe it’s a statue prototype, or maquette for an action figure? Either way, I give you Venom. Full image after the jump.

Venom WAS in the trailer showed at Comic-Con. It’s on YouTube, in very crappy quality, but if you slow it down, you can see him jumping towards the screen, jaws open.
This looks like some kinda CG concept illustration, but does look cool.

I must say that this is sadly very scrawny for Venom. I was kind of hoping that they would make Venom more CG than he is. Kind of more like the one in Ultimate Spider-man, where Venom is much larger than Eddie Brock. Other than that he is fairly awesome looking
