For an era in comic book history that’s looked back at as being “for kids,” there’s an awful lot of ads geared towards middle aged adults in them. We’ll get to the business and trade school ads eventually, but this is a personal favorite. Even as a young lad, I knew that there was no way that a wig bought through a comic book could look good.
