Last Sunday ground was broken in Shunde, a town outside of Hong Kong, for a theme park based around god-who-walked-among-us Bruce Lee.

The theme park is to include a statue of Lee, a memorial hall and a martial arts academy. Shunde is Lee’s ancestral home town.

Wong Yiu-keung, the president of the fan club, said he was not sure who was funding the planned park.

CHINESE government officials are planning a Bruce Lee theme park, complete with a rollercoaster that emits the martial arts actor’s signature grunts and screams on high-speed bends.

According to local reports, the park will be patrolled by Bruce Lee “mannequin robots”, radio-controlled from within a giant statue of the late star.

There was no mention if the “mannequin robots” would be programmed to fight one another in an awesome display of robot fu battle.

“Forget about winning and losing; forget about pride and pain. Let your opponent graze your skin and you smash into his flesh; let him smash into your flesh and you fracture his bones; let him fracture your bones and you take his life.”
