CCA - DC’s New Faces Of Romance

Forget about Minx - DC’s already tried their hand at a line of comics aimed strictly towards the female audience. In the early 70s, titles like Falling In Love, Young Love, Love Stories and Girls’ Love were all over the newstands, catering to the fairer sex’s need for, well, love. In addition to hard hitting stories with titles like “Kisses To Forget” and “I’ve Got It Made,” DC’s girlie comics featured advice columns written for women, by women, as well as a special column from “Paul” designed to give the girls a little insight into the male side of things. Somehow I doubt Minx will be offering these valuable resources to their readers.
