I like “Get Fuzzy.” Sure, not every strip has what could be considered payoff, or “punchline,” if you will, but there’s a clever humor to it that always makes me smile. Darby Conley also seems to have a knack for getting things past his syndicate that I’m fairly certain wouldn’t fly in a lot of other newspaper strips, but this morning’s joke was a big shocker. The guy’s got some serious stroke to sneak this one through the censors, and I’ll bet there’s a few papers across the country that decided against running it, but damn, it’s funny.
