DC, Crocs Announce Team-Up

crocs.jpgIn an odd bit of news, Warner Brothers has announced that they’ve granted licensing rights to their DC characters to the company that makes Crocs shoes. I’m not sure if that means we’ll see ugly plastic shoes with the bat symbol patterned all over them, or if Crocs plans on marketing those weird little pins/buttons that people seem to like to plug the holes with, but either way, they’ll be on the market before you know it.

Full press release after the jump.

Ick Ick Ick. Once I saw one of the “geeks” on BEAUTY AND THE GEEK wearing these things, I knew for sure it was over. Of course, I hated them when I first saw the wiffle ball-inspired shoes at the San Diego Con, too, so I’m staying consistent. DC-Crocs? NooooooOOOOOooooooOOO!!!
