One of the best children’s movies of the ’80s — which had unfortunately been stuck in ownership-rights limbo for several years — is finally hitting DVD. Yep, The Monster Squad: Two-Disc 20th Anniversary Edition will be released on July 24th; the flick has been remastered, and the DVD set will come with commentaries and bonus features galore. I hada bootleg DVD i bought at a comiccon and it was awful, skipped and such.
