Fans To DC - We DEMAND Our Hal Jordan Doll!

Man, when Hal Jordan fans get riled up, they get all riled up! Yesterday we linked you to a board comparing Benoit to the Silver Age GL, and today, we’ve got a petition for a Hal Jordan action figure. Now, there’s nothing wrong with wanting an action figure made of your favorite character, and there’s nothing wrong with starting an online petition to get said figure produced (even if online petitions are generally not worth the paper they’re not printed on). However, the sense of entitlement inherent in the wording of this thing is just cracks me up!
We, the JLU Fans, wish very much to purchase a Hal Jordan Green Lantern Figure in the Justice League Unlimited line. Hal Jordan was voted as a top pick in many fan request polls beating out most, if not all, of the characters seeing mass market release. It is unfair to the fans to keep this an inter-office exclusive. Tooling destroyed or not, we deserve this figure too.
Take a tip from the fans that got Jericho back on the air, guys - get creative. Try sending Mattel or DC or whoever’s in charge little vials of yellow or green paint or something to get their attention. Whatever you do, though, may I suggest rewording the parts I bolded above? It may make you a little more sympathetic and less scary if you didn’t demand stuff from folks you don’t even know, y’know?
Once again, thanks to Tae for the link.

It’s a good thing that I’m not a Hal Jordan fan, then!
