Man, The Simpsons Movie is really vying to be a close second to the Transformers flick as far as generating public awareness and interest through advertising. Last week they shrinkwrapped something like a dozen 7-11s in Quik-E-Mart skins, and this week JetBlue is getting in on the fun with a Simpsonized website. They’re not just branding their site and planes with Homer either - they’ve got a full blown giveaway contest in full effect with red carpet premiere trips, sweet TVs and other cool junk, as well webcrack goodies like Mr Burns taking over JetBlue’s travelblog. Be warned - there’s non-mutable sound for the first few seconds you’re on their site, so workplace warnings are in effect.
