America’s Love Affair With Rotting Corpses Continues

Giving a rotting middle finger to all the naysayers out there who complained that we didn’t need a third installment, “Resident Evil: Apocalypse” was the number one movie last weekend with a respectable 24 million dollar box office haul, the best opening yet for the flesh eating franchise.
Since we’re unabashed RE movie fans here at KFR, this is awesome news to hear; it’s nice to see that Milla and her undead foes are still looked upon favorably by so many other people. I may find the source material to be some pretty impenetrable games, but I totally appreciate the movies for what they are: Grade-A B-movie fun. Here’s hoping that part three is up to the standards set by the first two and that the rumors of even more sequels pan out.
