Happy 2008! We’ve been taking it easy here for the last week or so, just kind of letting our batteries recharge while the year wound down, but we’ll be back to normal posting again right quick, starting with this little piece of trivia. While perusing my old comic books over the holidays, deciding what to keep/sell/donate/trash, I came across this little gem tucked way in the letter column of an old comic magazine. It’s by an artist who would go on to become something of a sensation just a few years later, though I’m pretty sure he was an unknown fan at the time of this piece’s publication.
