While unwrapping presents this past holiday, my wife came across a little oddity. The rather innocuous looking wrapping paper pictured here:

…had a rather strange safety warning on the inside. Mind you, any safety warning would have struck us as odd, but if it had been something about, say, the dangers of plastic bags used in packaging children’s toys, it would have at least made some sort of sense in context. However, this warning was a general one about head and neck injuries, in the water, walking around the house, drinking and driving, etc. Truly, a festive message for the Christmas season!
