WTF Dept: The Tiddy Bear

If this is fake, it’s amazing. If it’s not fake, it’s even more amazing.

My questions are: 1) Is this really a big problem that needs solving? and 2) What are they going to develop for the part of the belt that goes across your waist? Zing.
