Thanks to a bucketload of graphic novels already sold and rising popularity among the kidz, Jeff Smith was able to (again) sell the movie rights to his great fantasy epic Bone to Warner Bros.

This time around, Smith has a lot more clout, with a million copies of Bone books sold and rabid fans across the country eagerly awaiting the movie. Dan Lin, the producer at Warner Bros., is also producing the Justice League movie, so he has some comics background.

NYMag also mentions there’s talk of a live-action version of the comic. Huh? Calling Michael Bay…?
