I’ve only read 3 or 4 Spirit Archives and I made sure to buy the ones done by Eisner and not ghosted…and this doesn’t sound all that familiar to me…it does sound a bit like Dwight from A Dame to Kill For though…LOL.
Personally I’m kind of curious to see what Miller comes up with. Could be neat, could be terrible, but hopefully it’ll at least be surprising and interesting.
