I’m generally not a guy who looks forward to hating something, but ever since seeing M. Night Shyamalan’s amazingly horrible, masturbatory The Lady in the Water, I’ve really been hoping that his new flick The Happening would be equally bad. I don’t know why, really. The Lady in the Water was just one of the worst, bizarre train wrecks-of-a-movie I’ve ever seen, and I kinda want more.

And thus far it looks like some dreams do come true — The Happening is currently tracking an awful 14% at Rotten Tomatoes. Consider it added to my Netflix queue!
