Uh, no. No. Unless they plan to somehow age Bale and translate DKR, then I’m into this idea 100%.
If this happens, I blame each and every internet critic that gave The Dark Knight a 5-star review.
The 62-year-old singer and actress is reported to be in talks to play Catwoman opposite Christian Bale in the third Batman film from British director Christopher Nolan.
The Oscar-winner will join a cast that includes Johnny Depp as The Riddler as she plays the whip-carrying burglar. The character has also been played by Michelle Pfeiffer and Halle Berry.
A studio executive said: “Cher is Nolan’s first choice to play Catwoman. He wants to her to portray her like a vamp in her twilight years.

the reporter also reports Depp as confirmed and the working title “Caped Crusader”.

I guess now that they have a significant portion of everyone’s econumic uncentive checks, they can start laughing and yelling, “SUCKERS!” A Catwoman who can’t move her mouth muscles? Nolan must really like a challenge.

Well if Christopher Nolan wants to be hated by batman fans by Cher than he will ruin his series. No one normal will agree with Cher as catwoman. Catwoman is the number one love interest of Batman in comics. Even in animated series. She been in batman since volume 1. Selina Kyla is the Lois Lane for batman. Cher is too old, and doesn’t look the part even if she was young. She never was pretty. Catwoman is fast, agile, sexy, a fighter, a challenge to batman. Cher is none of those.
So if Nolan wants to ruin his movie like Sam Raimi did with Venom than so be it. I will never see another movie from him or studio again.
