Let’s file this one under possibly NSFW, but your mileage will vary depending on what your company policies are. This is a pretty neat Flickr set belonging to a professional photographer, wherein he uses bodypaint to get his models into character, then he digitally manipulates them, their environment, etc. to complete the shot. There are a few that are truly impressive and wouldn’t look out of place on the cover of a comic book, while others are slightly disturbing, to be honest. The Black Cat shot below is one of my favorites. Classy, almost understated, and looks better than 90% of the women Marvel’s hired to dress as the characters for conventions.
