Threadless is having their Back To school sale right now with all available t-shirts running at $10 a pop. I stocked up with a couple more for the wife and kid, including the ones below. Alas, the badass Dark Night shirt is still unavailable in mens’ sizes.
We’re posting an awful lot about t-shirts lately - often enough that we’ve created a new category specifically for them - but that’s not going to stop me from posting a link to this fine piece of art. It’s from Shirt.Woot.com, so supplies are limited and it may be taken off the market at, quite literally, any given moment. so, I’d suggest getting it while the getting’s good!
Seems like the Dark Knight is the theme of the day here at KFR, so it’s particularly cool to have come across this shirt during the course of my Threadless browsing. Damn, this is awesome!
The fun has definitely come back to Threadless the last few months, beating back the joyless indy-art mindset that seemed to dominate the entries and chosen designs for a while there. This new shirt struck me as particularly cool, especially in light of this recent KFR post.
Well, I went and submitted my At-At shirt design to Threadless. If you’ve got a minute, do me a solid and vote for it! I’m told that every time you vote it up with a 5, an angel gets their wings.
Threadless has gone from being a really cool t-shirt site being a t-shirt site that thinks it’s the coolest, with so many designs trying way too hard to be ultra-hip for my tastes. However, they still manage to knock it out of the park from time to time, and this spoiler t-shirt is the cleverest entry they’ve approved in ages.
The days of the graphic tee may be numbered, but consarn it, I still love the things. If you want to get some nifty shirts for the loved ones, or you just need new clothes, you could do worse than the annual Threadless $10 sale.
